ADVANCED EEO PROFESSIONAL/ANNUAL UPDATE COURSE

Background: IAW EEOC MD 110, the EEO Professional must receive annually 8-hours of training to remain certified as an EEO Professional, capable of providing service to any Federal Agency. Their professionalism in dealing with tough issues is only augmented by their knowledge, skills and abilities.

In order to provide professional EEO services, in compliance with all regulatory requirements, the EEO Professional must have an understanding of all the laws that apply to every EEO program; must develop good problem solving skills to identify settlement opportunities and be able to present alternatives to both the management official and the claimant. This course is designed to continue the certification in all areas required by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and more.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Gregory Moore is a trainer, consultant, speaker, and author in Sacramento, California. He has taught courses in equal employment opportunity, sexual harassment and special emphasis programs since 1989, first as an EEO Officer with the US Air Force, then as a Senior Trainer for the famous Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI), and as the EEO Manager for a Major Defense Agency.

He is the author of the EEO Counselor Training and Resource Guide, the only comprehensive manual designed solely for the EEO Counselor.

Greg's creative training style, coupled with his eighteen years of EEO experience allows each and every student to come away with an in-depth understanding of not only the process, but the ability to assist participants in resolution. He is well known for his personal enthusiasm, and his skill in presenting material in an informative and interesting manner.

Additionally, Greg not only provides updated training, but Moore & Associates actively provides contract EEO Counseling to many agencies today.

$895 REGISTRATION FEE for attendance. If two (2) or more register from the same agency, a $50 discount applies for each additional attendee from the same agency.

Cancellation Policy: No charge will be assessed for nominations canceled 30 days prior to class date. A $495.00 cancellation fee will be assessed for cancellations from 30 to 15 days prior to class. The full fee of $895.00 will be charged for cancellations 14 days or less prior to the class.

Substitutions accepted until the first day of class.
