INTERACTIVE MEDIATOR COUNSELOR CERTIFICATION COURSE FOR FEDERAL SECTOR DISPUTES
Moore & Associates announces the Interactive Mediation
Certification Course for Federal Sector Disputes scheduled for January 18-21,
2011 in Sacramento, California. The course will include
all the requirements identified in the EEOC MD 110, and more.
Mediators involved in the EEO administrative process must have a clear
understanding of not only the Mediation process, but also have knowledge
of EEO Law which includes the entire EEO Process, the Civil Service
Reform Act and the statutes EEOC enforces, including Title VII of the
Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; the Rehabilitation Act of 1973,
as amended; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as
amended; and the Equal Pay Act of 1963, as amended and the Genetic
Information Non-Discrimination Act of 2008. Additionally each must
be familiar with the Theories of Discrimination, remedies, including
compensatory damages, costs, and attorney fees. THIS TRAINING
WILL MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS IDENTIFIED BY THE EQUAL
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION, AND MORE.
This interactive training will provide the most up-to-date skills and
techniques necessary for a successful mediation session. Included are such

Additionally, ADR programs are required to be available at any level of the

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Gregory Moore is a trainer, consultant, speaker, and author in Sacramento,
California. He has taught courses in equal employment opportunity, sexual harassment and special
emphasis programs since 1989, first as an EEO Officer with the US Air Force, then as a Senior Trainer
for the famous Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI), and as the EEO Manager for a
Major Defense Agency.
He is the author of the EEO Counselor Training and Resource Guide, the only comprehensive manual
designed solely for the EEO Counselor.
Greg's creative training style, coupled with his eighteen years of EEO experience allows each and
every student to come away with an in-depth understanding of not only the process, but the ability
to assist participants in resolution. He is well known for his personal enthusiasm, and his skill
in presenting material in an informative and interesting manner.

Cancellation Policy: No charge will be assessed for nominations canceled 30 days prior to class date.
A $495.00 cancellation fee will be assessed for cancellations from 30 to 15 days prior to class.
The full fee of $995.00 will be charged for cancellations 14 days or less prior to the class.
