NO FEAR - EEO FOR EMPLOYEES
The NO FEAR Act of 2002 ( The Notification and Federal Employee Anti-Discrimination and Retaliation) requires agencies to provide their employees with training regarding the rights and remedies applicable under the laws cited in the Act. Employees are still confused as to what the focus of their EEO staff is all about. They feel the only avenue of redress available to them is the union, or EEO. They don't understand that when they bring a problem to the EEO Staff that they can't just fix it. This two or four-hour presentation is designed to familiarize your employees with the OPTIONS approach to EEO and other disputes that may arise in the working environment. A powerful experiential dialogue designed to help the employee put the challenge in the place that can assist resolution at the lowest possible level.
