Diversity programs have been infused into organizations without a thought as to their logical place, what should be their charter, and who should be the focal point for such an important program. Many think Diversity is not EEO, and some feel Diversity is EEO -Plus. This is designed to be a consultant relationship with Moore & Associates and the organization principles empowered to develop, run, and operate a successful Diversity Program. Initial consultant period of 3-7 days, with longer-term relationships encouraged.
