Genita Garcia, President of GHG Associates, is a veteran and partner in a service disabled veteran-owned small business with desires to provide specific services to the private and public business world. GHG Associates provides EEO Counseling, EEO Investigations and Mediation Services to both the public and private sectors.

Genita brings a wealth of knowledge, skills and abilities to the art of resolution at the lowest possible level.

Ms. Garcia, formerly an EEO Specialists and Certified Mediator, supporting the US Air Force Equal Employment Opportunity Program at Scott AFB, Illinois, conducted investigations into employment discrimination complaints, summarized and briefed investigation findings to management officials, conducted mediations and facilitated organizational climate assessments, gaining her the reputation of having the best resolution rate among her peers and being chosen to handle some of the Command’s most complex cases.

Genita’s most recent experience has been in the private sector as an EEO Specialist and Employment Law Paralegal for a leading nationwide Human Resource Company. During that time, Ms. Garcia handled over 500 charges filed throughout the country in both federal and state agencies.

Genita, a DEOMI graduate, has also studied Human Resource Management at Barry University and received her certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), an international society for human resource professionals.
