Joe Ann Ridder

Mrs. Joe Ann Ridder joins the staff of Moore & Associates as a Master Trainer, EEO Counselor and Certified Mediator.

Joe Ann, a true professional brings her years of experience in the EEO and EO arena to a team of dedicated professionals designed to provide training, consulting, mediation and Diversity management services to our clients worldwide.

Joe Ann’s creativity, tenacity, and dedication to our area of expertise allow Moore & Associates to better provide services to both the civilian sector and the military sector. With over 30 years of military service in Equal Opportunity, recruiting, and conflict resolution, coupled with additional years in the civilian sector Equal Employment Opportunity arena, Joe Ann, allows Moore & Associates to really enhance our offerings to any federal, state, and local environments, including the National Guard worldwide.

Having provided consulting and trusted agent advise and assistance to major leaders throughout the Federal service, JoAnn uses her expert communication and negotiation skills to provide cogent and timely information necessary for maintaining positive relationships throughout the organization. Mrs. Ridder Certified Mediator, Sexual Assault Advisor, champions the ADR process whenever possible, and usually provides such experience that resolution, regardless of the focus, is the norm.

Joe Ann is a certified expert instructor in the Equal Employment Opportunity, Equal Opportunity, Consideration of Others area, utilizing some of the most advanced techniques available in assisting organizations, both public and private in their quest to create an environment where all are treated with dignity and worth.

Mrs. Ridder attended the Minneapolis Community College majoring in Mass Communication, is a graduate of the Race Relations Institute, Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI), West Los Angeles Colleges with studies in Computer Science, former Adjunct faculty member of DEOMI, and a certified Mobilization Equal Opportunity Advisor.

She and her husband, Lymon, have one daughter, Lovicia, a registered nurse in the Los Angeles Unified School District.
