Ms. Juleana Frierson joins the Moore & Associates team bringing a wealth of knowledge,
experience and professional acumen to this world acclaimed group of dedicated professionals.
Juleana is a former Director of Equal Employment Opportunity for a major government
organization leading a team of qualified professionals in providing consulting services
focusing on systemic equal employment issues. Having provided program direction and guidance
to senior leaders organization wide, Juleana provided this much needed service to over
5000 federal employees, managers, and supervisors in a 17 state region.
In addition, Juleana has more than 25 years experience as a PERSONNEL OFFICER, having been
responsible for providing complete Human Resources and Personnel Management operations leadership
in all issues concerning labor relations, employee discipline, benefits and pay, staffing, and
management and organizational development for over 1300 employees. She has also held positions
as Chief of Civilian Recruitment, Chief of Staffing and Pay Services, and Chief of Human Resources
Service Center.
Juleana, an honor graduate from the US Army Management and Staff College, also received a Public
Management Masters Certificate from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Indiana University.
She has also received numerous credits from the University of Cincinnati and the University of Louisville
in the area of Business Management. Her short-term goal includes completing law school in the next 3 years.
Ms. Frierson currently is also a Commissioner of the Ohio Supreme Court Board of Commissioners for Grievances
and Discipline. Juleana, a certified EEO Counselor and Mediator for Title VII claims, will head the HR
CONSULTANT AND TRAINING division of Moore & Associates and looks forward to providing expert service,
consulting, and training services in the HR and EEO arena to all of our current and new clients. Moore &
