Audrey M. Knight, Ph.D is a senior trainer and evaluation specialist with extensive expertise in both qualitative and quantitative measures. Dr. Knight earned her doctorate in Policy, Planning and Administration from the University of California, Berkeley at Berkeley, California. In addition, she is certified by Inscape Publications, the Management Resource Group and Clark Wilson Management Instruments as a distributor and trainer.

As a senior trainer with Knight & Associates, Audrey is responsible for all curriculum design and development. She also serves as the lead researcher for all program development efforts

Dr. Knight served as a core faculty member of the Peralta College District English Department in Oakland, California for 28 years. During her tenure at the College District, Audrey also served as an Assistant Dean of Instruction and was the first African-American to hold the position of Coordinator of Curriculum and Instruction in the Oakland Unified School District (OPS).

Dr. Knight has conducted numerous Program Evaluations for both public and private organizations to include the National Right to Read Program for the United States Department of Education. Over the past 30 years Dr. Knight has conducted many Train the Trainer Programs and most recently designed and co-conducted a Train the Trainer effort for the Municipal Railway System (MUNI) of San Francisco, California to institutionalize a 31/2 year Stress Management Training Program. The Stress Management Program was designed to provide management skills to MUNI´s 3000 employees.

Audra Knight is holds a Master´s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Education with a Special Interest in Organization Psychology and is a Doctorial Candidate at the Center for Psychological Studies with a concentration in Organization and Adult Development. Mr. Knight is also a graduate of San Francisco State University, San Francisco, California with a Bachelor of Art´s degree in Psychology.

Audra V. Knight has over 30 years experience in the consulting arena and is a certified Stress Management and Wellness Trainer. In addition, he is certified with Inscape Publishing, the Management Resource Group- -Leadership Analysis and Development (MRG) and Clark Wilson Surveys of Management Practices.

As an OD expert Audra possesses excellent platform training skills and is an astute intervention strategist. Considered to be a Trusted Advisor, he has over 30 years experience in the consulting arena. Most recently, Audra designed, developed and implemented a Stress Management and Wellness Program for the San Francisco Municipal System (MUNI) and the Alameda Contra Costa County Transit District (AC Transit).

As a certified distributor of Inscape Training Materials, Audra is adept in the use of assessment instruments, developing curriculum to meet training needs and Training Trainers for in-house utilization and institutionalization of training concepts and activities. With a background in both education and psychology, Audra brings excellent coaching and counseling skills to Management Development and Training and by using his knowledge of Task Cycle Management, he is able to assist managers and supervisors in acquiring the necessary skills associated with high productivity, direct report involvement through appropriate and meaningful teaming, communications and inter-personal relations.
