Mayme A. Edwards
Mrs. Mayme A. Edwards joins the staff of Moore & Associates as a Master Trainer, EEO Counselor
and Certified Mediator.
Mrs. Edwards, a true professional brings her 34 years of federal experience, including many
in the EEO and EO arena to a team of dedicated professionals designed to provide training,
consulting, mediation and Diversity management services to our clients worldwide.
Mayme’s creativity, tenacity, and dedication to our area of expertise allow Moore & Associates
to better provide services to both the civilian and the military sector. Formerly an Equal Opportunity
Advisor, Master Trainer, specialty in Equal Opportunity, Harassment, both sexual and otherwise, Mayme
allows Moore & Associates to maximize their services to all federal agencies, including having a keen
understanding of the requirements associates with the National Guard worldwide. Mrs. Edwards has
diligently supported Task Force Victory and Task Force Warrior as a Subject Matter Expert in all
areas of Equal Opportunity and Prevention of Sexual Harassment. Additionally, Mayme has provided training
in support of the National GuardÕs SW Border mission with all required EO training.
Mrs. Edwards is a graduate of the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute, a certified EEO
Counselor, certified Mediator, and has attended Vincennes University majoring in general studies. Additionally,
she has completed programs required for NSPS Performance Management for both Employees and Supervisors.
Having provided consulting and trusted agent advise and assistance to major leaders throughout the
Federal service, Mayme uses her expert communication and negotiation skills to provide cogent and
timely information necessary for maintaining positive relationships throughout the organization.
Providing Climate Assessments, Consideration of Others Training and facilitating dispute resolution
focusing on mission are but a few of the expert skills Mayme brings to our organization in supporting
our goal of creating an environment where all are treated with dignity and respect, and resolving
disputes at the lowest possible level.
Mayme and her husband, Alfonzo (Butch)have five children, Johneve, Maurine, Shawnna, Lance, and Brandon.
