Ms. Rummage received her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration and Management from the Indiana
University, School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Bloomington, Indiana. She has over 14 years of experience
in the field of Federal Human Resources (HR). As a former Personnel and HR Management Specialist, she has an in-depth
knowledge of federal personnel laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
She recently received certification as a Federal Workplace Mediator through the George Mason University,
Northern Virginia Mediation Service.
