ADVANCED EEO SYMPOSIUM/PROFESSIONAL ANNUAL UPDATE

This three-day course is designed to take the EEO PROFESSIONAL from the basic to the advanced. Understanding how OPTIONS have an impact on the day to day operations of any professional involved in EEO / HR activities of any organization, is paramount in understanding effective techniques necessary for early resolution. This course involves basis/issue determination, impact of significant CFR´s, issues involving contingent workers, reasonable accommodation, harassment - sexual or otherwise, and other areas necessary for program management and operations. The EEO / HR Professional, upon completion of this three day course will be better prepared to maximize their contribution to this important mission requirement.
