ADVANCED EEO COUNSELORS TRAINING PROGRAM

The Advanced EEO Counselor Training program is designed for the seasoned, and not so seasoned, EEO Counselor tasked with the difficult claims that normally arise in any agency. This three-day class will include a refresher of rights and responsibilities, creative problem solving techniques, advanced interviewing skills, taking the final interview to the next level, negotiated settlement discussions and third party resolution activities, dealing with harassment complaints, sexual or otherwise, and resolution techniques in dealing with both employees and management officials.
