ADR-THE NEW WAVE OF DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This 1/2-day session is designed to familiarize all employees, managers, supervisors, and
senior leaders into the types of ADR methods available. It allows each to understand the
subtle differences between ADR methods, and allows an organization to determine which ADR
methods are best for their organization. It encourages organizations to not think that one
size fits all, and the creation of an ADR program is almost like a menu, depending on the
issues inherent in the dispute.
Included in the training is the Moore & Associates Mediator´s Qwik Reference Checklist to
allow all to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of the neutral third party.
Designed for Employees, managers and supervisors, EEO Staffs, Directors and senior leaders.
This can be expanded to a one-day course with specific experiential training on many different
ADR methods, to include Mediation, Negotiated Settlement Discussions, Peer Panel Review, and
Arbitration (non-binding).
