Sexual Harassment has been the focal point for dealing with work place relations for the last 10 years. The increase in charges over the years has gone up ten fold. Why does this occur when our work force has been going through sexual harassment training? Do we not get the point? Add to this fray the new guidelines that allow the harassment rules to be applied to all basis of Title VII discrimination, and now you have really got a challenge. Harassment in the workplace is nothing new. We have traditionally acted according to the way we were raised, educated, and mentored. That must change if the organization is to move forward. This experiential session challenges the very best of us to look in the mirror, and maybe be impacted by a significant emotional event that is better for all.
