MEDIATION CERTIFICATION

Many organizations are adapting Mediation as their ADR choice. This four-day course is designed to train selected members of the staff in the art of mediation. From Opening Remarks, through Caucus, into writing the agreement, this course allows the new Mediator to provide service immediately to any dispute.

Additional requirements levied by the EEOC for people who participate in any agency´s ADR program are inherent in this course offering. ADR professionals must also, besides being Certified Mediators, have been trained in the fundamentals of EEO, disparate treatment and adverse impact, burden of proof analysis and other regulatory requirements identified in the EEOC MD 110 and the 29 C.F.R. 1614. This course provides the necessary information to meet all requirements.

Participants not only receive the Moore & Associates Mediator´s Qwik Reference Checklist, but also the Moore & Associates EEO Counselor Qwik Reference Checklist.
