Prevention of sexual harassment assumes that each of us know what it is and is not. Wrong! The goal of this course is to decrease the incidents of sexual harassment regardless of anyone´s perception. For years courts and administrative judges have interpreted Sexual Harassment differently. Agencies one day understand their liability, and the next day they don´t have a clue. Somehow, treating people, regardless of gender, with dignity and worth never comes into play.
